Option 03

Option 04

Free License

Exclusive Perpetual License

Full Buyout

Selected music tracks may be available under non-exclusive terms for approved non-commercial or promotional uses. Specific conditions, platform limitations, duration rules, and attribution credit requirements apply. Clients must verify applicable terms before commercial deployment.

Caution: As the music is not registered under this license, there may be a higher risk of third-party claims, including situations where another party may attempt to register, claim, or assert rights over the music. Free or budget stock-audio libraries may also be subject to automated copyright claims, Content ID disputes, or monetization restrictions.

Receive long-term exclusive rights to utilize commissioned songs or jingles for agreed brand campaigns, social channels, and media. The composer and lyricists retain underlying copyright ownership and publishing royalty rights unless explicitly transferred.

Complete transfer of song ownership to the client for maximum administrative control over future licensing, master distribution, and usage rights. Full buyouts operate under a dedicated agreement and require a separate buyout fee.

Standard License

Suitable for short-term campaigns or limited brand use, including social media, digital content, and online advertising.

Copyright and royalty rights remain with the Composer and Lyricist.

Option 02

• Platform Specifics

Digital Rights & Content ID

TikTok & Business Accounts

(PERPETUAL & STANDART LICENSE)

Commissioned audio may be registered with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, and similar digital rights systems to help identify and protect the music online.

Where applicable, works may also be registered with MACP for the collection of royalties from public performance, broadcast, and other licensed uses. The Composer and Lyricists retain their applicable royalty rights.

TikTok Business Accounts enforce strict commercial audio policies that can trigger automatic muting or copyright notices even when valid rights exist. Utilizing short audio edits under 30 seconds generally reduces restriction risk, though unflagged clearance remains subject to platform algorithms.
