Free or budget stock-audio libraries may also be subject to automated copyright claims, Content ID disputes, or monetization restrictions.

Complete transfer of ownership and rights to the music. The buyer/client becomes the full owner of the music and is responsible for its own rights registration and administration.
Final fee may vary depending on the scale and scope of usage, including nationwide TV, radio, digital platforms, commercial campaigns, and long-term usage.

Studio Notes & Terms
All rates quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum studio session booking is 2 hours. Rates are negotiable for long-term or bulk multi-episode project commitments.
Prices are subject to project scope verification and may update without prior notice.
Vocal Revision & Retake Policy: The vocal structure, key, and performance style will be finalized and locked during the recording session. Any changes, alterations, or re-recording of vocals requested after the recording session has concluded will incur additional charges of RM 500.00 per session (including cases where post-recording music revisions require the vocalist to re-record their parts).
TikTok music usage is subject to platform policies and automated rights systems.

Generally fewer music restrictions.
The Jingle may be muted, restricted, or receive a copyright claim, even with a valid license. Usage of 30 seconds or less may generally be less likely to encounter restrictions, but this is not guaranteed.
The Composer/Lyricist is not responsible for any TikTok-imposed muting.

Full studio tracking for Main Vocals, Backings, and Ad-libs
(1-day intensive session).
Vocal comping, audio cleanup, pitch correction (tuning), and time-alignment.
Song restructuring, instrument drafting, and checking directly with the vocalist to approve the Key/BPM that best fits their vocal range.

This timeline is estimated and may shift slightly based on client feedback, approval turnaround, and recording requirements. The overall duration may also be shortened or reduced if approvals and production milestones are completed ahead of schedule.
